In Morocco the
houbara is one of the birds which we can find in the Atlas Mountains all
people help the bird to live, they feed them milk, UAE government helped grow up the
number of Houbaras in the last decade. In North African houbaras are endangered but Abu Dhabi government help them by bring a
60,000 birds in Morocco and Kazakhstan.
The facility has future plans to increase the birds as the author said , “there
are plans to expand the release efforts to 15,000 birds per season, up from the
12,000 released between August 2009 and March last year”( Todorova, V.2011).
In some place thery are increasing and it is good to improve the
percent of houbaras, which is a proof that the programme is working.
